Our Projects in African Continent

Google - Digital Skills for Africa

Partnered with Google, to deliver trainings under Digital Skills for Africa. The sheer depth of the project spanned across 27+ countries, in 100+ counties at 5000+ venues, where 280+ trainers deliver Google training for more than 0.75 million youth.

Generation Africa

Partnered with Generation Kenya, to deliver training on 'Sewing Machine Operator' and 'Financial Sales' to unemployed youth between age of 20 to 35 with the aim of making them employable. The project, a Financial Sales Service (FSS) Model is funded by United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and McKinsey. Till date, Centum has successfully trained over 5000 youth, and placed over 90 per cent of trained candidates.

Lafarge Cement

Launched Sales academy for Lafarge Group – Zambia , which enhances competencies in areas of : Customer Development, Personal Selling, Prospecting, Customer Retention and Customer Loyalty thus directly impacting top line growth. The Sales Academy covers role holders across product lines and diverse age groups

Deutche Bank

  • Provided training solutions to improve the conversion ratio from prospect to customer in the personal banking business
  • Enhance customer satisfaction feedback in the mortgage business
  • Impacted more than 400 professionals

Microsoft

  • Imparted communication skills, consultative skills, negotiation skills, influencing skills and relationship management

Airtel

  • Established Airtel Centum Sales University to impact over 40000 employees
  • Rolled out Sales Capability Index for 644 role holders in 14 countries across Africa
  • Launched Project ‘Alchemy’ to help construct distribution strategy & infrastructure
